Deli & Coffee Room
At the Cookery Workshop we have a deli counter/ coffee shop and retail cookery equipment and specialist food products
- Open Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 4pm
- We use Napoli Italian coffee which is served with our freshly baked biscuits.
- We serve and retail Tea pigs teas.
- We make fresh handmade products using local /regional ingredients as much as the seasons allow and these are available to buy from our deli counter or eat in from the menu.
- Pesto – use as a herb crust with chicken or fish or toss with pasta
- Tapenade – tastes great on fish, pizza or add to olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a dressing
- Hummus – use as a dip or eat with fresh crusty bread

- Marinated olives in herbs de Provence
- Goat’s cheese and red onion tartlets
