Bryan and Jo who run the cookery school and workshop selling cookery equipment and fresh homemade produce, are both passionate about food and always happy to share their skills and knowledge with any one who asks. |

We both have many years of experience….Bryan was a chef lecturer in Professional cookery and Jo was a lecturer in Front of House and Hotel Management.
We are now holding our popular and fun parent and child cookery lessons/workshops.
The sessions run for 2 ½ hours and the children can learn to cook with their parents under the expert guidance of Bryan and Jo.
The children have learnt how to make fresh pasta, fish cakes, pizzas, fresh fruit salad. Tasted different oils, dressings and ingredients.

Each child has made their own decisions about which ingredients they would like to use in their cookery lesson.
We always have a basket of seasonal produce from the local Farmers’ Market or some of it grown on the allotments behind our house in Frinton on Sea
