I’ve been trying so hard to lose weight and reduce my terrifyingly rapid spikes in blood pressure. I hae tried all sorts of methods and diets. It’s very esy to start off well with a drop in weight almost overnight. It never lasts if you just buy all the same stuff when you go shopping. In the kitchen you have these determined thoughts about not eating qute so many crisps or not touching that cake until after 4pmj. I found the only true way to lose both problems is to change food regime completely. It has been a fascinating journey and one i’ve adapted to very happily. I was very much into that early morning breakfast of porridge oats done for 3 minutes in the microwave. I really didn’t think I’d ever be able to get up & go without that. But my way of living requires few carbs, and fasting for several hours. If I don’t eat after 8pm until say 1pm the next day, that’s my fast done oh so easily!.
