Pesto
Our pesto is made using local or regional extra virgin rapeseed oil. Can be used as a herb crust with chicken or fish or grilled meats or mix with roasted vegetables or as a topping for large field mushrooms. Stir into fresh pasta or mix with crème fraiche as a topping for baked potatoes. Taste great on bruschetta and serve with a glass of chilled wine.
