An opportunity to watch professional chef Bryan Beattie create a series of dishes for you to taste and enjoy. Taste the food and learn new skills for your entertaining at home.

Demo and Dine from £22 to £25 per person

A new and tremendously popular event. Bryan prepares a starter, main course and delicious dessert, using one of our wide range of cook books and then invites you to dine with him.

50% deposit required on all demonstrations and workshops

WORKSHOPS  (class size: 6 people only or larger groups by arrangement)

Hands on cookery classes, learning lots of skills and knife skills with the group eating the dishes together. Suitable for all levels of ability.

  • From £70 per person (Includes bread making)
  • £75 per person Indian workshop with Badhu Thobhani
  • £45 per person for mini workshop(2 ½ hours)
  • Parent and child inclusive price £40 pp
  • £175 for “one to one” cookery lesson.

  • If you cancel on the day of the class , we will not be able to offer a refund.
